These terms and conditions apply to the kpko platform and all its services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on kpko, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these terms.

You are responsible for the security of your kpko account. Your login credentials — username and password — must never be shared with anyone. kpko will never ask for your password via email or phone.

If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, report it to kpko support immediately. kpko cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from delayed reports.

• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Keep two-factor authentication enabled — it adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of your session.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

All financial transactions on kpko are processed through Bangladesh's mobile banking services. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently supported.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Before making a withdrawal, you must place bets totaling at least the amount of your deposit at least once.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the number used to verify your account.
• Kpko does not charge any transaction fees, though fees from your mobile banking provider may apply.
• If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Additional security verification applies to large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more).

Kpko offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• To claim the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be made within the specified time frame.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Claiming the same offer more than once will be treated as bonus abuse.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance may be forfeited — however, your original deposit will not be affected.
• Kpko reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.

All bets on kpko are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify the amount and selection before placing a bet.

• In Sports Betting, any bet placed before a match begins will be treated as a pre-match bet.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kpko reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• RNG outcomes in casino games are final. Any claims of game software errors will be verified through a third-party audit.
• If suspicious betting patterns (such as arbitrage betting) are detected, the relevant bets will be voided and the account will be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kpko and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus hunting — repeatedly claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to win through match fixing or any other fraudulent means.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing kpko support staff or other users.

Kpko believes gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. We encourage responsible play and provide a range of tools to help users stay in control.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set from your account settings.
• Activating self-exclusion will block access to your account for a specified period.
